  • We offer a fully-integrated design process, from initial concept through final installation. We believe a home should be designed as one cohesive vision, not a series of disconnected decisions, which is why you’ll find our Interior Architecture and Furniture services under one roof and managed by a single collaborative team from start to finish.

  • Every great room begins with the bones. Our Interior Architecture services cover space planning, custom cabinetry, kitchen and bathroom design, lighting, and finish selections, along with close coordination with your architect and contractor through Construction Administration. Whether we're reimagining an existing home or working alongside new construction, this is where function and beauty begin working together.

  • Once the interior architecture is set, we bring the space to life. This includes furniture layout studies, material and finish direction, custom furniture design and fabrication, vendor sourcing, procurement, and full installation oversight. Every piece is chosen with intention, so the result feels curated, personal, and lived-in from day one.

  • Not every project calls for a full renovation. Our process can flex to meet the scope of your home, from focused updates like paint, wallpaper, and lighting, to a full furniture and layout transformation. No matter where you begin, we tailor the engagement to fit.

THE PROCESS

1. Onboarding & Discovery

We begin with a deep dive into your home, your lifestyle, and how you actually want to live in the space. This includes reviewing existing architecture, discussing priorities, and setting the design direction together.

2. Design Phase

Next, the concept becomes a plan. On the interior architecture side, we move through Schematic Design and Design Development, producing full drawing sets, material and finish specifications, and coordinating closely with your architect where applicable.

At the same time, the furniture side is taking shape. We’ll conduct layout studies to test flow and function, establish material and finish palettes, begin custom furniture design where off-the-shelf won't do, and begin vendor sourcing, all while maintaining budget alignment to keep expectations and numbers in sync.

By the end of this phase, every major decision, layout, material, and sourcing direction is determined, so the next phase is execution, not deliberation.

3. Construction Administration & Procurement

Once designs are finalized, we oversee the build. This phase includes site visits, RFI responses, shop drawing reviews, and ongoing contractor coordination. In parallel, we manage the full furniture procurement process, vendor sourcing, purchase orders, order expediting, and delivery coordination to our receiving warehouse. These two workstreams run concurrently, which is why this phase tends to be the most intensive.

4. Installation

The final phase brings everything together: receiving, inspection, placement, styling, and punch list resolution. This is a hands-on, on-site phase with daily presence to ensure every detail lands exactly as intended.
